Captor is an alien cat who accidentally intrudes into the Pink Seed, gets fixated on a fast-running Hocho, and starts chasing Hocho.

The mad look in its eyes when chasing Hocho actually looks cute. It is not yet known why it keeps chasing Hocho, or what it will do if it catches Hocho.
