However, we systematically protect brand partners' important business information to prevent its indiscriminate exposure. 🔐 Sensitive Information Protection Sensitive data, such as project budgets or royalties, will be disclosed on a limited basis according to the criteria below. It is selectively disclosed only to verified IP holder members who have registered and are operating one or more IPs in the inner booth and have completed identity verification. 💬 Details Sharing Guide During the announcement phase, it is acceptable to write the match-up details focusing on the core aspects of the project. Specific business information, including confidential details, can be shared in a 1:1 chat room that opens after the IP holder is selected.

How much should I set the budget when registering for a match?

Accepted Answer

Basically, the project budget depends on the influence (recognition) of the IP holder you wish to collaborate with and the scale of the project. The more realistic the budget you set, the higher the likelihood of receiving proposals from suitable IP holders. The recommended range based on global standards is as follows: Rising/Indie IP or Small-scale Project: 5 million KRW - 10 million KRW ($4,000 - $7,000) Mid-sized IP or large-scale project: 10 million KRW - 30 million KRW ($7,000 – $21,000) Highly recognized mega-IP or massive project: 30 million KRW or more ($21,000 or more) 🔒 Scope of Budget Information Disclosure As budgets are sensitive business information, we maintain strict security. The budget information you register is disclosed only to verified IP holders who are Innerbooth members, actually registering and operating at least one IP address, and have completed identity verification, so you can register for a Matchup with peace of mind. 🛡️

How long is the recruitment period for Matchup usually?

⏳ Set Recruitment Deadline Each match-up operates according to the recruitment period set by the brand partner at the time of registration. During this period, you can receive collaboration support from various IP holders without any limit on the number. 📅 14-day selection period The IP selection period begins for 14 days starting the day after the recruitment period ends. Brand partners can review submitted applications and freely select their desired IP holder within the specified period, and a 1:1 chat room will be opened with the selected IP. If there is no suitable IP, it is also possible to terminate without selection. ✅ Matchup automatically ends The matchup will automatically end once the 14-day selection period has elapsed. To ensure smooth project progress, we recommend completing the review within the selection period and proceeding to the next step with the IP holder.

Who can register a Matchup job posting?

🏢 Open opportunities for all brand partners Any Brand Partner registered with Innerbooth can register for a Matchup, regardless of industry or company size. This service is particularly useful for Brand Partner members who have a clear collaboration objective but have not yet found the right character. 💸 Reasonable posting fees The Match-up registration fee is 109,000 KRW per session (VAT excluded). Refunds are not available once the announcement has been successfully posted, so please check the details carefully before registering. 📈 Real-time support status management After registering a job posting, a dedicated management page is provided where you can check the status of IP holders applying in real time. This allows you to compare and review submitted applications at a glance, enabling efficient decision-making.

What is Matchup, and how is it different from general IP search?

📢 Direct recruitment Open Brief service Matchup is a method where brand partners post an announcement detailing a project overview, budget, and preferred character style. Instead of the hassle of searching for suitable IP holders individually, you can find collaboration targets much more efficiently because IP holders who see the announcement send in collaboration proposals directly. 🛠️ Workflow from announcement posting to selection The scope of the Match-up service extends from posting the announcement and receiving proposals from IP holders to selecting the optimal candidate. The matching service within the platform is completed as soon as a Brand Partner reviews the applications and selects a suitable IP holder. 💬 Collaboration Process After Selection Once the selection is complete, the system will automatically open a 1:1 collaboration thread. From this stage onwards, you can coordinate detailed terms, make payments, and proceed with the project just like a standard 1:1 inquiry-based project.
