While judging the Korea Internet Awards, which marked its 5th year, I became convinced that the Internet is now establishing itself as a part of daily life. Furthermore, regardless of whether they are individuals, groups, or companies, I observed people of all ages and genders recognizing the importance of the Internet and utilizing it in their own ways to provide unique information.
This time, there were generally many individual entries, and most were excellent works containing unique and professional content.
A characteristic of the entries was that they mainly utilized Flash. Usually, works advancing to the finals consist mainly of Korean themes, historical site visits, or travelogues, but the distribution of diverse themes this time was very encouraging.
