The reason for creating this character is

I felt that they are easily seen in the city and live in close coexistence with people.

We live our lives passing by each other indifferently, but they say even a fleeting encounter is destiny,

Believing that even a brush against a pigeon feather is a form of destiny, I wanted to approach pigeons in a slightly more familiar and fun way.

I ended up creating a character.
