Jokatoka Worldview - Phase 1

Daejang, Donggle, Rwanglu, and Dalgu, who have contemplated design and life in their own ways, arrive at this space harboring their own narratives and emotions. The four of them work together, clash, laugh, and ponder, forming a small team.

One day, when everything seemed to be going smoothly, a small incident occurred just as they were staying up all night to wrap up a project.

The files they were working on disappeared, layers became tangled, unintended colors were overlaid, the computer suddenly froze, and their minds went blank—these phenomena began to repeat themselves. At first, they dismissed this as simple fatigue and an illusion.

However, amidst recurring strange phenomena, they finally come face-to-face with an unidentified entity called the ‘Creature’.

Creatures are small, strange life forms born from human emotions, concentration, fatigue, anxiety, passion, and so on.

They have always been by our side, but they have existed in an invisible form, causing mistakes or confusion.

The forest office where Jokatoka is located—the space where emotions and thoughts intertwine most intensely—was, in a sense, a very special place for them. From now on, the creatures begin to appear in various forms and intervene in their daily lives.

Error-type creatures that overwrite files, Chaos-type creatures that swallow planning documents, and Disorder-type creatures that change colors or shuffle layers. However, on the other side, there are also beneficial creatures that offer hope, comfort, and inspiration.

Jokatoka is no longer a team that simply designs. They are individuals who coexist with the lives born from small mistakes and emotions, living between the deadlines of reality and the chaos of fantasy. Their story is organized and recorded into a single Phase every year.

Phase 1 is the ‘birth story’ of Jokatoka.

The Captain's choice, and the joining of the three. And the appearance of the first creature and Jokatoka's first reaction to it.

This is the first journey that will continue until 2026.
